Demonstrations
Choose a demonstration, then change the data.
Every demonstration is a short, scripted story on fictional data. You make the decisions, the figures recompute, and a person's approval is required before anything is treated as done.
- Simulated, not live. No model is called and nothing real is shown; the wording was written for each case.
- Figures are computed. Every number comes from an input or a decision on screen.
- People decide. An approval covers exactly what you decided, and any later change withdraws it.
The executive workspace
Not a sequence of steps: a whole fictional company you can look at, question, change and decide on, in any order.
Guided journeys
Each journey takes one situation through several steps. What you decide in one step is used in the next.
- SOP Intelligence · 5 stepsFrom a recording to a verified practitionerA line changeover is captured with consent, drafted from its sources, reviewed, released with its gates, and checked in practice.
- AutoDiscover · 3 stepsFinding and understanding your data, read onlyApprove which folders the platform may read, classify what a database holds, and see what depends on each source.
- Financial Intelligence · 3 stepsFrom supplier findings to a recovery planReview invoice findings against contract terms, see what recovering them is worth, and decide whom to approach first.
- Global Compliance · 3 stepsFrom a new market to an evidenced obligation registerEstablish which obligations apply to a planned expansion, check the evidence for them, and see whether you will be ready by the audit date.
- Legal Intelligence · 3 stepsFrom a legal notice to a reviewed responseRead a letter before action, protect the evidence it asks you to keep, and settle the wording of the reply.
- Executive Intelligence · 3 stepsFrom a what-if to a board resolutionTest an acquisition under assumptions, compare the options, and settle the resolution put to the board.
- AI governance, security and trust · 4 stepsFrom what the AI may read to answers with evidenceSet what an assistant may read, audit who has access, answer a customer's security questions with evidence, and check what the Trust area can honestly say.
SOP Intelligence
Six ways to create, improve and find a governed procedure. A draft is never approved until a different person approves it.
- Convert a video into an SOPA recorded task becomes a stepped procedure, each step tied to its moment in the video.
- Convert screenshots into an SOPNumbered screens become annotated instructions, with missing steps flagged.
- Convert a manual into an SOPOne task from a manufacturer manual, cited to its page, with ambiguity marked.
- Turn a live walkthrough into an SOPDemonstrate the task with consent and a visible recording status; review the draft.
- Enhance an existing SOPPropose improvements as a before and after comparison; the approved version stays.
- Find my SOPDescribe the machine or task; see ranked matches and which ones are approved.
